Responsibilities

• Scheduling and Work Assignments: Develop and manage cleaning schedules; assign tasks based on priority and workload; monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections; address deficiencies and implement corrective actions; maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage and order cleaning supplies; monitor inventory levels; maintain cost-effective practices.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines; train staff on chemicals and equipment; investigate accidents and incidents.
• Communication: Liaise with facility management; communicate updates to staff; resolve concerns within the team.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Hourly Rate: $21.00/hour

Job Summary: As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating theactivities of a team of cleaners to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned premises.You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for both employeesand visitors. The Cleaner Supervisor is expected to lead by example, providing guidance andsupport to the cleaning staff while ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and inaccordance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Supervision and Leadership:
   • o Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of cleaners.
   • o Provide training for new staff members and ensure ongoing training for the team.
