Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Marlborough, CT. You will provide comprehensive therapy services, collaborating with rehab therapists and nursing staff to support residents toward independence.

Candidate must hold a Physical Therapy license or be eligible to practice in CT and demonstrate strong computer skills for electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
