Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Seymour, CT, seeks a Per-Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to support residents’ independence.

Requirements include a PTA license or eligibility in CT, strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible in CT.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Attention to detail and timely documentation.
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
