Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Marlborough, MA. You will collaborate with a dedicated rehab and nursing team to deliver comprehensive therapy and promote residents’ independence.

The role requires an active PTA license or eligibility in the state, strong computer skills, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license-eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and electronic documentation.
• Strong teamwork and communication within a rehab/ nursing staff environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate PTA services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in electronic systems.
• Demonstrate flexibility with hours and contribute to resident independence goals.
