Job summary

Aeropostale, Inc is seeking a results-driven Supervisor to support the management team in delivering great customer experiences and store performance. You will lead and engage associates, ensure merchandising standards, and execute store operations.

Flexible availability, prior supervisory experience in apparel retail, and a history of exceeding sales targets are required. You will model our values and mentor teams while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel retail (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.
