Job summary

Aeropostale, Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets at our Victor, NY store. You will help run daily operations, maintain store standards, and lead by example to motivate associates.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, selling skills, and a hands-on approach to team leadership. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is preferred to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel retail or similar volume business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations if needed.
