Job summary

Aeropostale, Inc. in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership in delivering exceptional customer experiences and sales results. You will develop and engage team members, maintain store standards, and model our values while performing POS duties and supervising in the Store Manager's absence.

You will lead by example, drive sales, and ensure the store is welcoming to customers while supporting day-to-day operations and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Responsibilities

• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty by using company tools.
