Job summary

Aeropostale, Inc. in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to support the store team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and hitting sales goals.

You will help manage daily operations, train associates, and uphold brand standards while modeling our values on every shift. In this role you will lead by example, supervise POS while the Store Manager is away, and collaborate with peers to maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a retail apparel environment preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• As the Supervisor you will:
• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
