Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Supervisor to support the management team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving store results. You will help manage daily operations, merchandising, and staff development to create a positive shopping environment.

You will engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and lead by example on the sales floor. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles in apparel retail (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and goals.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations.

You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

As the Supervisor you will:

• Support the management team to ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).
