Job summary

Colonial Group in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Supervisor to support the management team, drive sales, and ensure a visually appealing store. You will lead and develop assistants, maintain store standards, and model our values.

You will handle POS transactions, participate in store operations, and engage customers to build brand loyalty. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required, and occasional travel to other locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
