Job summary

Colonial Group in Lackawanna County, PA is seeking a Supervisor to support the management team and deliver strong customer experiences while driving store performance.

You will lead and develop team members, ensure merchandising and operations standards, handle POS duties, and represent the company’s values of respect, integrity, and teamwork. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends, travel to other stores if needed, and a proven sales track record are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.

As a Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.
