Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Supervisor in the Syracuse, NY area to support store leadership in driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will help manage operations, merchandise standards, and team performance to uphold brand expectations.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer engagement, and a proactive approach to daily store management, including POS duties and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar volume apparel (preferred).
• proven track record of exceeding sales and metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations.

• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.

You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.
