Job summary

Nautica is seeking a Supervisor in Monroe, OH to support the management team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience and achieving store goals. You will lead by example, oversee store operations, and ensure merchandising standards are met while building a positive, energetic team atmosphere.

In this role you will develop and engage managers and associates, perform POS duties, and model our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, and inclusivity to drive the business forward.

Qualifications

• You will also have:
• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).
