Job summary

Colonial Group in Columbus, OH seeks a Supervisor to support the management team and drive both customer satisfaction and sales results. You will help deliver outstanding store operations, maintain merchandising standards, and foster a positive, energetic work environment.

Responsibilities include customer engagement, product knowledge, and executing supervisor duties when the Store Manager is absent, while upholding values of respect and teamwork across the store.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Responsibilities

• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.
