Job summary

Colonial Group in Michigan is seeking a qualified Supervisor to support management, drive sales, and ensure a visually appealing store. You will lead by example, coach managers and associates, and engage customers to reinforce brand loyalty.

Responsibilities include achieving sales results, maintaining merchandising standards, handling POS duties, and stepping in for the Store Manager during absences. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is preferred; travel to nearby locations

You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).
