Job summary

Eddie Bauer, Inc. in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Supervisor to support the management team in delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales goals. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and develop and engage teammates and customers daily.

As a Supervisor, you will model Eddie Bauer values, supervise shifts, perform POS transactions, and uphold merchandising and service standards. You may travel to other locations as needed to support the business.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.
