Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service: greet customers, recommend products, and facilitate purchases.
• Offer product demonstrations and sampling.
• Produce high-quality products following company standards, ensuring visual and product quality, practicing safe food handling, and adhering to merchandising, stock, rotation, and storage standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance during every shift.

Contribute to Store Profitability

• Follow cash handling procedures and register policies.
• Adhere to inventory and stock guidelines.

Learning and Development

• Engage in self-initiated learning beyond standard training.
• Learn and demonstrate standards set by The GIANT Company and Starbucks.

Qualifications

• Preferably supervisory and/or barista experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid identification.
• Meet company performance standards, including attendance.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills; food handling certification preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, walk for 45% of the shift.
