Richland Library is seeking a part-time Library Assistant to interact with customers, help locate and renew materials, and manage holds using the library system. You will also assist patrons with PAC terminals and copiers, and respond to reference questions and tech needs.
The role supports a busy service desk, emphasizes safety and policy compliance, and may involve coordinating programs and trainings for diverse audiences. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.
High School diploma or GED; supplemented by two (2) years of directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.

Salary: $15.75 per hour
Hours: 32 hours bi-weekly to include a rotating weekend:
Schedule 1: Mon-Thur 5-8 Alternating Sat 9-6 and Sun 2-6 (Week A)
Schedule 2: Mon-Thur 5-8 Alternating Sat 9-6 and Sun 2-6 (Week B)
