FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) to help launch and grow a new outpatient clinic in Pearland, TX. You will have input into clinic culture, receive mentorship, and grow with the clinic as it expands.

Open to experienced PTs or early-career clinicians, the role offers flexibility and room to contribute to workflows, outcomes, and patient care in a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• DPT required with Texas license or license-eligibile.
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, neuro and balance therapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to grow professionally and help build a great clinic.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care.
• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance and neuro.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish clinic workflows and culture.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach.
• Work closely with PTAs and support staff.
