FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Rowlett, TX seeks a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) to help launch and grow a new outpatient clinic. This role offers mentorship, input into clinic culture, and room to develop as the clinic expands.

Whether you are an experienced PT or a junior clinician, the position is flexible based on the right candidate and aims to deliver high-quality care across orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro caseloads while collaborating with leadership to shape

Qualifications

• DPT required or license-eligible in Texas.
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, neuro and balance therapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to grow professionally and help build a great clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care.
• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish clinic workflows and culture.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach.
• Work closely with PTAs and support staff.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000 (based on experience)
