Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Texas is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) to help launch and grow a new outpatient clinic. This role offers input into clinic culture, strong mentorship, and room to advance as the clinic expands.

Deliver high-quality outpatient PT care for a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro, while collaborating with leadership on workflows and maintaining accurate documentation. Growth opportunities exist as the clinic scales.

Qualifications

• DPT required or eligible to sit for licensure in Texas.
• Texas PT license (or license-eligible).
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, neuro, and balance therapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to grow professionally and help build a great clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care.
• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro.
• Collaborate with leadership to help establish clinic workflows and culture.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach.
• Work closely with PTAs and support staff.
