Primary Purpose

This role involves bagging items at checkout, restocking, collecting carts, cleaning, and maintaining store cleanliness and order.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Collect and operate trash and cart equipment.
3. Maintain cleanliness of floors and work areas.
4. Demonstrate excellent customer service.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Meet physical and ergonomic requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment.
• Maintain attendance and performance standards.
• Complete probationary period.
• Adhere to dress code and maintain valid licenses or permits.

Physical Requirements

• Shift length: minimum 4 hours.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, walk for 45% of the shift.
• Pull static force: 20 lbs.
