Primary Purpose

This role involves bagging items at checkout, restocking, collecting carts, cleaning, and maintaining the store environment.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, prepare equipment and supplies, and comply with PPE requirements at the start of each shift.
2. Collect and stack carts, push carts to the front of the store.
3. Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning floors and work areas.
4. Collect trash, operate the trash compactor.
5. Demonstrate good customer service skills.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to learn to operate required equipment.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Complete the probationary period (30 or 60 days).
• Adhere to safety and dress code requirements.
• Maintain valid licenses or permits as required.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45% of the time.
• Maximum static pull: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of company policies and procedures as outlined in the manual and handbook.
