Primary Purpose:

This role involves bagging items at checkout, restocking, collecting carts, cleaning, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Review work schedule and prepare for duties, including equipment and PPE check.
2. Collect and push carts to the front of the store.
3. Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties regularly.
4. Handle trash collection and operate the trash compactor.
5. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
6. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to understand and follow safety and company policies.
• Physical ability to meet ergonomic requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to learn to operate necessary equipment.
• Adherence to attendance and performance standards.
• Completion of a 30 or 60-day introductory period.
• Proper attire including shoes and clothing approved for the role.
• Valid licenses or permits if required for the position.

Physical Requirements:

• Shift hours: minimum 4 hours, depending on needs.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for approximately 55% of the shift and walk for 45%.
• Maximum static pull: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook and policy manual.
