Primary Purpose

The main responsibilities include bagging items at checkout, restocking, collecting carts, cleaning, and trash collection.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Collect and stack carts, push carts to the front-end.
3. Perform housekeeping, keep floors and work areas clean, and perform hourly clean sweep.
4. Demonstrate good customer service skills.
5. Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand safety policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to operate required equipment and tools.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Complete the probationary period (30 or 60 days).
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes as approved.
• Maintain valid licenses or permits if required.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours.
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand: 55%, Walk: 45%.
• Max pull: 20 lbs.
