Job summary

Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Server Assistant to support the restaurant team and ensure a guest-ready dining area. You will help replenish buffets, deliver orders promptly, greet and seat guests, and collaborate across food and beverage to uphold high service standards.

Past hospitality experience is a plus, and on-the-job training will be provided. This part-time role offers varied shifts, with opportunities to grow within a renowned resort.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in bussing, food running, or guest services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Monitor buffet stations, replenish items, uphold cleanliness and presentation standards, and assist guests as needed.
• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and plate placement.
• Greet and seat guests; assist with reservations and waitlists; and provide host support as required.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain high service standards.
• Keep service areas—including side stations, beverage stations, and bussing stations—organized and clean.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with special requests and tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Description

The Server Assistant plays a key role in supporting the restaurant team to deliver exceptional hospitality. This position enhances the guest experience by ensuring dining areas are guest-ready, buffets are replenished and presentable, food is delivered promptly, and guests are warmly greeted and seated when needed.
