Job summary

Stio is hiring a part-time seasonal Warehouse Coordinator to join us on-site in Jackson, WY. As the Warehouse Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to uphold operational and inventory standards at Stio's Jackson warehouse.

Duties include but are not limited to: transferring orders, inventory adjustments, re-tagging, restocking, and supporting biannual counts. You will be lifting up to 50 pounds, required to have a valid driver’s license, and must live within a reasonable commute of our

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.
• Picking, packing and shipping online orders.
• Receiving, preparing and delivering inbound transfer orders.
• Organizing, preparing and shipping outbound transfer orders.
• Perform accurate warehouse inventory audits.
• Effectively complete daily work independently or alongside support staff during higher volume periods.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technology.
• Responsible for transfer order transportation to our local retail locations throughout the week.
• Additional support as needed with local retail storage logistics, including fixture and mannequin backstock.
• Responsible for reviewing incoming trade-in requests as part of our Second Turn program, managing inventory, and facilitating shipment to repair facilities.

YOUR ROLE

Stio is hiring a part-time seasonal Warehouse Coordinator to join us on-site in Jackson, WY. As the Warehouse Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to uphold operational and inventory standards at Stio's Jackson warehouse. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Facilitating transfer orders to and from our Jackson and Teton Village Mountain Studios
• Processing inventory adjustments
• Performing inventory reconciliations
• Fulfilling e-commerce and Second Turn™ re-commerce orders
• Re-tagging products
• Product restocking at Stio’s Jackson retail locations
• Supporting biannual physical inventory counts and seasonal sendbacks
• Processing warranty returns and re-commerce trade-ins
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work environment

This role requires availability during holiday seasons and other high order volume periods. The schedule for this role is 2 days/week (Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday) for up to 12 hours/week, with shifts scheduled between 9am–5pm.

This role is performed in our Jackson, Wyoming warehouse and involves lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping or bending to complete daily tasks. It also requires a valid driver’s license. The Warehouse Coordinator must live within a reasonable commute of our warehouse in Jackson, Wyoming. The Warehouse Coordinator reports to the Warehouse Operations Lead on the Operations Team.

This is a seasonal role lasting from September 1, 2026 - March 1, 2027.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, and incentives. The hourly rate for this role is $20/hour.
