Stio is seeking a Mountain Studio Retail Keyholder in our Stowe, Vermont location. In this seasonal/part-time role, you will share responsibility for opening and closing, help customers with brand storytelling and product knowledge, and support new employee shift training.

You will also maintain visual merchandising, assist with inventory receiving and stocking, and keep the store organized, while delivering exceptional customer service daily at the Mountain Studio.

YOUR ROLE

As a Stio Mountain Studio™ Retail Keyholder, you are part of our store team providing exceptional customer service each day. As a keyholder in a seasonal / part-time hourly role, you share responsibility for opening and closing duties, provide leadership in finding solutions for customers, and support new employee shift training. You are expected to deliver an exceptional level of customer service, which includes but is not limited to knowledge of our brand story and products, customer engagement, and selling. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining visual merchandising standards, supporting inventory receiving and stocking processes, and helping maintain an organized store and back stock.

This role is performed in our Mountain Studio retail location. The Mountain Studio Retail Keyholder must live within a reasonable commute of our Stowe, Vermont Mountain Studio. This role is a seasonal position expected to last through the end of March 2027. Opportunity to extend position beyond the winter season dependent upon individual performance and consistent business need.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekend, holiday season shifts
• Self-starter proactive with tackling daily tasks, handling customer interactions, and communicating with your managers on a daily basis
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive space for every person who enters the Mountain Studio
• Computer proficiency and POS experience, Microsoft Office Suite skills preferred
• Email and phone communication skills required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
  

THE FINE PRINT

• Hourly Rate: $20-$22 DOE
• Seasonal / Part-Time, hourly, non-exempt
