Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant to drive our fitness programs by converting leads to clients and coordinating with trainers at the Saint Peters location.

You will assign trainers, monitor kickoff experiences, and work toward sales targets while delivering an engaging member experience. A fitness sales mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Certification required in one or more nationally accredited certifications (ACSM, ACE, NASM, CSCS, etc.).
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven sales experience in fitness and ability to convert leads into clients.

Responsibilities

• Sell and convert leads into new clients.
• Assign trainers to clients and manage Kickoff with the PT team.
• Maintain customer service, assist clients with booking sessions and updating billing.
• Lead a collaborative team to achieve club goals and drive sales targets.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor degree preferred

Proven sales experience in fitness

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
