About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates for our boutique in GEORGETOWN, DC. The ideal candidates are passionate about delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering meaningful brand connections.

The role involves creating positive customer interactions, supporting sales initiatives, maintaining visual and operational standards, and possibly handling opening, closing, and keyholder duties. As part of the Leap platform, you will also support other brands through store openings and activations, with familiarity in retail technologies like Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace being advantageous.

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience: Background in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles, demonstrating expertise in premium customer service and brand representation.
• Availability: Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, use ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation:

Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $19, based on experience and qualifications.
