DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of Service Desk/Kiosk.
- Present a neat, well-groomed appearance per company standards.
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
- Work within management guidelines to ensure productivity.
- Adhere to safety standards, report equipment issues, and keep work areas safe and clean.
- Treat all colleagues with fairness, dignity, and respect.
- Perform accurate price checks and record discrepancies.
- Manage store supplies to prevent waste.
- Verify customer IDs and adhere to store policies on checks, tobacco, and alcohol sales.
- Handle various transaction types accurately and securely.
- Maintain register security and equipment functionality.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
- Recognize and differentiate store produce items.
- Perform cashier and service functions as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Minimum age requirements met for specific tasks.
- Willingness and ability to learn multiple tasks and technical skills.
- Ability to perform technical job requirements.
PREREQUISITE TRAINING
Completion of Cashier/Service Associate training packet.
Physical Requirements
- Stand continuously; occasional walking.
- Handle currency and operate equipment frequently.
- Bend and lift up to 15 pounds continuously, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Push or pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.
- Reach and grasp at various heights.
- Meet activity volume standards.
- Sufficient visual acuity for ID and document checks.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Greet customers and provide courteous service.
- Efficiently scan and process customer purchases.
- Handle cash, checks, and electronic payments accurately.
- Provide refunds per policy.
- Meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
- Follow AML guidelines when processing financial transactions.
Salary range: $15.10 - $22.60 hourly.
