The Role: As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming store environment, help customers design products that fit their style and space, and build relationships. Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
  2. Achieve sales goals and KPIs.
  3. Provide attentive service and build customer loyalty.
  4. Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers effectively.
  5. Guide customers from interest to purchase, manage quotes, close sales, and maintain relationships.
  6. Conduct customer outreach using company tools.
  7. Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  8. Maintain an attractive store environment following visual standards.
  9. Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, and promotions.
  10. Use sales data and reports to prioritize tasks.
  11. Follow company policies to ensure safety and standards.
  12. Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in technology for sales and customer support.
  • Support omni-channel customer experience across in-store and remote shifts.
  • Ability to travel locally as needed.
  • Excellent judgment, integrity, and communication skills.
  • Ability to move and assemble furniture up to 75 pounds and perform physical actions like bending and reaching.

Associates are eligible for up to 26 hours of paid time off annually. Overtime and holiday pay are provided as per policy. Benefits details are outlined in Lovesac’s policies. Pay varies based on location, experience, and skills.
