Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer‑first shopping experience on the sales floor, helping to inspire and style customers while supporting store performance. This part‑time role focuses on driving sales, maintaining store presentation and operational standards, and participating in training and brand initiatives. The position is an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and utilize tools to drive performance.
• Engage customers and connect them to loyalty/CRM programs.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, support sizing, and uphold store standards.
• Support operational tasks including floor sets, replenishment, opening and closing duties.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and provide product feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk and operate a register for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
• Ability to follow company processes, participate in trainings, and work collaboratively with the team.
