Job summary

A leading cognitive training center in Virginia is seeking a Director of First Impressions. This role offers hands-on experience in cognitive training and client interaction, preparing candidates for careers in clinical psychology or neuropsychology. Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for clients, guiding families through the intake process, and maintaining client records. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is required, paired with strong communication and organizational skills. Flexible scheduling includes evenings and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field.
• Strong interest in cognitive science, learning, or brain function.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.
• Comfortable balancing client interaction with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for prospective and current clients.
• Guide families through intake, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM system.
• Coordinate schedules and support operational flow.
• Assist with outreach and community education efforts.
