Job summary

LearningRx in Colorado Springs is seeking enthusiastic Cognitive Trainers to work one-on-one with students using our LearningRx model. You will deliver engaging brain-training sessions, track progress, and maintain records while collaborating with the leadership and parents.

Remote training via Google Meet or Zoom is supported; prior teaching or coaching experience is welcome but not required. Join a supportive team and help students build cognitive skills in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for helping others succeed.
• Ability to follow structured programs with attention to detail.
• Patience, adaptability, and consistency in working with students of varying ages and needs.
• Ability and willingness to train remotely via Google meet/Zoom.
• Prior teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience preferred (but not required).
