LearningRx Colorado Springs is seeking a motivated Cognitive Trainer to deliver personalized brain training sessions using our proven methodology. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with students of all ages to strengthen their cognitive skills. An enthusiastic and supportive atmosphere is key, as you will motivate and encourage clients through their training.

Ideal candidates are energetic, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for helping others. A high school diploma is required; prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Prior teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience preferred but not required.

Trainers deliver engaging, structured exercises designed to strengthen students' cognitive skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide encouragement, support, and accountability to clients throughout their program
• Track client progress and maintain accurate training records
• Communication with leadership team and parents regarding student performance
• Foster a positive, professional, and motivating atmosphere
• Attend initial and ongoing training to maintain program fidelity

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for helping others succeed
• Ability to follow structured programs with attention to detail
• Patience, adaptability, and consistency in working with students of varying ages and needs
• Ability and willingness to train remotely via Google meet/Zoom
• Prior teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience preferred (but not required)
