Primary Purpose

Perform duties to maintain department appearance, quality, safety, and food safety standards. Support Hannaford's strategy, build customer relations, and promote product awareness.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Teamwork-oriented interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lb. regularly, 75 lb. on occasion.
• Reach shoulder level or above while lifting 30 lbs.
• Stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Perform bending, reaching, grasping, and lifting at waist level.
• Handle various substances related to cleaning, packaging, and food.
• Tolerate working in cold temperatures for up to 20 minutes.

Preferred Requirements

• Assist customers with product selection.
• Perform stocking, culling, and rotation per guidelines.
• Prepare products according to standards.

Salary range: $15.00 - $19.65 hourly.
