Primary Purpose

Ensure department appearance, quality, variety, safety, and food safety standards are consistently maintained. Support Hannaford's strategy, build customer relations, and provide enthusiastic customer service.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Reach shoulder level or above while lifting 30 lbs.
• Stand and walk continuously.
• Perform bending, reaching, grasping, and lifting tasks.
• Handle various substances related to cleaning, packaging, and food products.
• Tolerate working in cold temperatures for up to 20 minutes.

• Assist customers with product location and selection.
• Perform stocking, culling, and rotation per guidelines.
• Prepare products according to standards.

Salary range: $15.00 - $19.65 per hour.
