Job summary

Riverstone Post Acute in Salina, KS is seeking a dedicated PT/PRN LPN/RN to provide high-quality nursing care to residents. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans, monitor residents, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires a Kansas license (LPN or RN), the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and strong communication and compassion to support resident well-being.
