Job summary

Park Lane Nursing Home in Scott City, Kansas is seeking compassionate PRN RNs or LPNs to join our team. We offer flexible scheduling with 2, 4, 6, and 12-hour shifts, day and night options, and a focus on resident-centered care in a 54-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Active Kansas RN or LPN license.

• Document resident care and clinical observations accurately.
• Perform routine resident rounds to ensure safety, comfort, and quality of care.

• Supervise, delegate, and support nursing assistants and direct care staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident-centered care.

Park Lane Nursing Home is seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Nurses to join our team. This position is ideal for nurses who want the freedom to choose shifts that fit their schedule while making a positive difference in the lives of seniors.

We currently offer a variety of shift lengths, including 2,4, 6, and 12-hour shifts, with opportunities available on both day and night shifts. While PRN hours are not guaranteed, we have ongoing staffing needs and welcome nurses who are available to assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and resident care.

PRNCommitment Requirements

To remain active in PRN status, team members are expected to:

• Work a minimum of 8 hours per month.
• Commit to working 2 holidays per calendar year.
• Maintain flexibility to assist with staffing needs as available.
