Riverstone Post Acute in Salina, KS, is seeking a dedicated PT/PRN LPN/RN to provide skilled nursing care and support to our residents. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an active Kansas LPN/RN license, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will contribute to HIPAA-compliant records and participate in quality improvement initiatives within a collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN or RN license in Kansas.

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
