Job Summary

This role is for a PRN Per Visit PT to work in the Lakeland area in an Assisted Living setting. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care for both Part AHome Health and Part Bservicesprimarily within assisted living facilities. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient recovery and mobility. The Physical Therapist will work with diverse patient populations, including geriatrics, those with physical limitations, and those recovering from orthopedic injuries.

Duties

• Assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities through comprehensive evaluations.

Experience

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida is required.
• Previous experience with the senior population is preferred.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities relevant to orthopedics and geriatrics.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
