Independence Rehab is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist to join Cascades of Bend in Bend, Oregon. The role offers 15-20 hours per week with flexible PRN scheduling, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patients’ mobility and independence.

You will evaluate and treat a variety of conditions, develop individualized plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide education to support safe mobility. Oregon licensure is required or eligible.

Formación

• Must hold Oregon Physical Therapist license or be eligible for licensure.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT).
• Strong clinical skills, communication, and patient-centered approach.
• Geriatric or skilled-nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and age-related conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
• Help patients regain confidence and independence to return home.
• Collaborate with other therapists and nursing staff to coordinate care.
• Provide patient and family education to support safe mobility and progress.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.

Independence Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at Cascades of Bend, a skilled nursing facility in beautiful Bend, Oregon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist looking for approximately 15-20 hours per week, with the flexibility of a PRN schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and age-related conditions.

• Help patients regain the confidence and physical abilities needed to return home or achieve their highest level of independence.

• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.

• Provide patient and family education to support safe mobility and continued progress.

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Current Oregon Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
