Job description

Independence Rehab is actively looking to hire a PRN Physical Therapist for Cascades of Bend, a lovely assisted living facility located at 1801 Lotus Drive in Bend, OR.

In this role you will provide on-site patient care including evaluations, treatments, and supervision of a PTA. There is a small rehab gym on-site where you will provide most treatment. You also may provide patient care in their residences on-site.

No specific number of hours are required to maintain employment. You should anticipate working 0-10 hours per week.

Our preference is a therapist who has worked at least one year in a geriatric care facility, but if you are a caring, passionate, licensed therapist who enjoys the geriatric population, we would love to hear from you!

We require a current Oregon Physical Therapist license in good standing.
