Qualifications

• Oregon Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical skills, communication, and patient-centered care.
• Geriatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and age-related conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Help patients regain confidence and abilities to return home or achieve independence.
• Collaborate with occupational and speech therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide patient and family education to support safe mobility and progress.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
