Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) in Medford, MA. This position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work with residents to enhance their mobility and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide treatment focused on mobility, gait, balance, strengthening, transfers, and pain management.
  • Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians.
  • Educate residents and caregivers on mobility and safety.
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation.

LTC Therapy – Glen Ridge/Courtyard Facilities

Medford, MA

$60–$65/hour

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to help residents maximize mobility, strength, and independence.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide treatment focused on mobility, gait, balance, strengthening, transfers, and pain management
  • Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians
