Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) in Medford, MA. This position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work with residents to enhance their mobility and independence.

As part of a collaborative team, you will evaluate and develop treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs while engaging with various healthcare professionals.

The role requires an active Massachusetts PT license and provides supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Active license in Massachusetts required for the position.
• Experience in skilled nursing is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide treatment focused on mobility, gait, balance, strengthening, transfers, and pain management.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians.
• Educate residents and caregivers on mobility and safety.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.

Medford, MA

$60–$65/hour

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to help residents maximize mobility, strength, and independence.

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on mobility, gait, balance, strengthening, transfers, and pain management
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians
• Educate residents and caregivers on mobility and safety
• Complete accurate clinical documentation
