Job summary

Stern-Therapy-Consultants is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Waterford, Connecticut in a PRN or Part-Time capacity. Qualifications

• Educate & Support: Train patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, safe mobility techniques, and progress.
• Evaluate & Document: Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation of each resident's progress.
• Collaborate Effectively: Serve as a key communicator between the clinical team and the patient's support network.

What You'll Need
