$55–$60/hour

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to support our rehabilitation department. This role offers the opportunity to work with residents recovering from illness, injury, surgery, and other conditions that impact mobility and function.

Position Responsibilities

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on mobility, gait training, balance, strengthening, transfers, endurance, and pain management
• Collaborate with PTA staff, nursing professionals, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate residents and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety recommendations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
