Job summary

Autumn Lake at Cherry Hill is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN role in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will evaluate residents, develop personalized plans of care, and deliver skilled therapy to improve mobility and independence.

The position offers an hourly pay of $55–$60 and a flexible PRN schedule within a supportive rehabilitation team focused on short- and long-term care needs. New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment addressing strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and mobility
• Establish functional rehabilitation goals and monitor resident progress
• Adjust treatment approaches based on clinical findings and response to therapy
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility strategies
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with PTAs, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN opportunity at Autumn Lake at Cherry Hill. This flexible role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys providing individualized rehabilitation and helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

What You'll Do

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
