Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN, Bedford Hills Center

Bedford, NH – $55–$60/hour

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to support our rehabilitation team. This flexible role provides the opportunity to help residents maximize mobility and independence while maintaining a schedule that works for you.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on gait, balance, strengthening, mobility, endurance, transfers, and pain management
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians
• Educate residents and caregivers on mobility and safety techniques
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
